Wentworth Management Services LLC is a Delaware limited liability company founded in March of 2016 as a special purpose vehicle to acquire and hold interests in broker dealers. Today, Wentworth owns and operates two broker dealers located in Albany, New York and New York, NY with over 1,320 financial advisors and 535 offices in all 50 states. Wentworth is a holding company with two members, Oak Spring Holdings LLC, a NJ based family office and Wentworth Funding LLC, a SPV entity for management to co-invest into the transactions.
